Housing Information

To secure the preferred SLA 2012 rates, you must reserve your accommodations through the official SLA Housing Office when it becomes available.  Individual hotels will not be able to directly offer our special rates.

All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking equal to the first nights room or suite rate plus tax. Deposits may be made by check, money order, or credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Make checks payable to: SLA Housing Office. Although all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival, arrival dates are firm. Deposits are non-refundable after Friday, 15 June 2012.

Please note: Ample hotel accommodations usually are available. Unfortunately, there may not be enough rooms at each property to satisfy every attendee under every circumstance. Individuals requiring special accommodations are urged to note the request on the housing request form. We will make every effort to honor your request. Bed types and special requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. The majority of hotels are now all non-smoking.
